Support Breast Cancer Awareness Month with Promotional Products

National Breast Cancer Awareness Month Pairs With Promotional Marketing

Breast Cancer Awareness Products

At National Pen, we stock a massive assortment of marketing and promotional items that are designed to impress your clients and increase your brand awareness. One of the most important ways that you can reinforce your corporate message, increase market penetration, and provide a positive correlation between your sales force and the client is by providing high quality, relevant, and timely promotional products. Every October, governments and businesses take the opportunity to observe National Breast Cancer Awareness Month (NBCAM). October is a time to support and encourage those who are currently suffering from breast cancer, or those who consider themselves survivors.

NBCAM is characterized by the color pink. Football player and the NFL incorporate the color into helmets, uniforms, and other on-field equipment. Baseball players can be seen using pink bats during the month of October, and many large companies will light up their corporate offices with pink-hued lighting – all to show solidarity and support of those find themselves involved in one way or another with this horrific ailment. Charity runs and walks are prevalent during this time, as are pink-ribbon events that raise money for breast cancer research and patient welfare programs.

National Pen is a strong supporter of NBCAM and is proud to offer a variety of breast cancer awareness products during the month of October. You can design our squiggle pen with a pink ribbon theme, and the powerful phrase, “the best protection is early detection.” You can specify the color of ink, the specific pink ribbon logo design, and there are significant discounts for volume orders.

Silicone bracelets are wildly popular these days, and you’ll be able to offer an impressive and thoughtful promotional item by selecting our silicone bracelets. These are not only terrific promotional items, but they also demonstrate that you and your organization support worthy causes like breast cancer awareness.

A wide variety of additional products are available that show your prospective clients that you care about important issues like breast cancer research. Early screening procedures and additional research studies are costly, making the pink ribbon program a tremendous way for individuals and businesses to support this vital work. Show your clients that you are involved in contemporary and worthwhile causes with pink ribbon promotional items from National Pen.

Small Business Saturday!

November 24, 2012 is a day dedicated towards showing our support for small business nationwide.  Small Businesses create more jobs and opportunities than any other business in the nation.

With the support of American Express, last year over one hundred million people came together and dedicated their efforts shopping “small.”

National Pen recognizes that the majority of our customers are in fact small businesses.  Whether you need promotional tools, items for giveaways, or products to highlight your small business, let us serve you with all your needs!  Come visit us @National Pen

Do Your Part, Raise Awareness!

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.  Breast Cancer has touched and afflicted the lives of many, and it is during this month that we all should take time to acknowledge this devastating disease.  Whether you are a fighter, survivor, or somebody that has been touched by the disease, we should all take part in raising awareness to promote hope, further inform those around us, and seek advancement in medicine for a cure.

How can one become involved?  There are many ways this October to become involved in the fight against Breast Cancer.  Whether through charitable acts, joining a fundraiser, or simply donning the pink ribbon to show your support, anyone has the power to raise awareness.  The most important factor in becoming involved with the cause is to show your support with kindness of heart and dedication.  You can find further information about National Breast Cancer Month at the National Breast Cancer Foundation: (http://www.nationalbreastcancer.org/breast-cancer-awareness-month?gclid=CPejhoy71rICFad7QgodgEwAJA).  The website gives in-depth information about what the month entails and highlights possible ways to raise awareness and get involved.

National Pen and Breast Cancer Awareness!  We at National Pen extend our thoughts and respect to all of those who have been touched by this dreaded disease.  During this month, National Pen is dedicated towards informing those who follow us about the importance and significance of spreading awareness.  We are taking a first-hand approach through the products we offer (Breast Cancer Inspired!) and our involvement with those who share in our business activities.  Our Breast Cancer inspired products allow you, your business, consumers, and others to show support through actively raising awareness.  Help combat this disease and raise awareness through our products!

‘Tis the Season for Giving

Holiday celebrations are all about making others feel good, and what feels better than knowing you have helped someone in need? A great way to bring your employees together during the holidays is through charitable giving. Organize your team to sponsor a local family that cannot afford gifts this year, or collect toys to donate to a children’s center.

We try to support those less fortunate throughout the year, and always enjoy seeing photos and reading stories about the happy recipients (like those you see below).

If you add a giving element to your holiday celebration, we’re sure you’ll feel the same way!

“Well, our trip to Kenya was a delightful success! Many of the pens and pencils went to St. Gerald Children’s Centre, Nyeri, Kenya. The 120 children were very happy to get them. I wish it was possible to get a picture of kids with pencils where the joy was still in their faces…Thanks again for the pens and pencils, and for the shipping!”

Summer Events – for fun…for business!

With summer officially upon us, the time for company outings, picnics, BBQs and get-togethers are in full-swing. Though you might think you don’t have the budget or even the staff to host such an event, don’t forget that these occasions don’t just serve as Fun in the Sun, but they also serve as a great way to generate awareness, leads and even sales!

With budgets on everyone’s mind, there are ways your small business can host or participate in an event for you, your customers, and your employees! Join a community fair or outing – often times sponsorships are available at many levels and advertising is offered in return. You could sponsor T-shirts or Bags for the event, or even just volunteer to work a particular booth or food stand. At the very least, you’ll be representing your company and brand name (and you can always leave your business card pen behind)! Participating in local charities is also a very worthwhile (not to mention often tax-deductible) way to help out in your local community! Join a beach clean-up, park upkeep or even a day of building houses or cleaning up a community center.

Whatever you choose to do, remember – the dollars spent don’t have to be large, you just need to know how to use them! Getting your name and face seen about town is a very effective way to spread the news about you and your business!
