MCPHILLIPS TIRE & AUTO - Joan Cappadonna
We are a small family owned Tire and Auto business in Texas. We can't afford advertising on TV, radio, or in the newspapers. Their prices are just too steep for us but we have been able to purchase pens and magnets to give away to our customers. The customers say that they are the best pens ever and last a long time. We leave them up on our front counter and tell every one to take home a pen or two and tell your family and friends where you got them. Those pens alone have brought in customers from as far as 90 miles away because one of our pens was circulated through a current customer and they inquired about our business and came to check us out and get another pen. One customer actually joked that he only comes for the pens but he might as well get some tires and a oil change while he's here. |

Our Auto Body Collision shop has been setting imprinted pens out for our customers for as long as I can remember and they always end up disappearing as fast as we can put them out there! The nice thing about the pens is that our customers get something that is actually usable to them and it gets our name out there. It's not unusual for me to be out around town and see someone using one of our pens! I know they have been a valuable asset to our business as the majority of our customers come in because they've heard about us from friends and the more we can get our name out there the more people we can help. The pens have definitely helped with our advertising needs and they also keep our good name within reach of all our past and future customers! |

I own a car audio sports club - having fun with cars, trucks, and music in an organization with lots of passionate members. Most of the members are young adults with nice vehicles and even nicer high-performance car audio systems. The members are really into collecting swag that we give away at our events, especially our annual World Finals. National Pen Company is our "official" pen supplier. I've been giving away "Contour Pens" for many years and have a special version for every Finals event. All the Competitors get the pens with their registration materials and they use them to fill out their score sheets and other paperwork. The long-time members have expressed many times how much they like the pens. They particularly like the way they feel and fit when they write with them. That's why I am reordering today as I do every year about this time to have them for our 2008 Finals in Nashville, TN on November 8-9th. Thanks for a great product and helping me keep my club members happy. I buy other products too from NPC and I know that I always get the best prices and service. |
