Reach out to your current customers. Send them a note; remind them of what they purchased from you and your commitment to ensuring they are happy with their purchase. Close your message by offering other products or services that they might be interested in.
Start with the customers who have most recently purchased from you and work backwards. Send out as few as 3 letters a day and by the end of the month you’ll have reached out to 150 customers!
Don’t have a database? Pull up old invoices – this way you know these customers have already bought from you!
