The following promotion is intended for viewing in the United States only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law. Do not proceed in this site if you are not a resident of, and located, in the United States at the time of entry.

1. To Enter: Click on the link in your e-mail on the web site link labeled “Win 1,000 imprinted pens!”, or click here and complete the entry form to be automatically entered for a chance to win 1,000 imprinted pens. Entries must be complete to be eligible. One entry per e-mail address. Entries become the property of the National Pen and will not be returned.
   
   
2. Eligibility: The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the U.S. who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of National Pen Company, its parent company, and their respective affiliates, agencies, National Design, National Pen Ltd., and members of their immediate families are not eligible. Entrants agree to the release of their name, address, telephone number, and e-mail information to National Pen Company for winner notification purposes, only; otherwise, please review the Site’s privacy policy for more information on how we use any personal data we collect from you. Void where prohibited by law or regulation. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
   
   
3. Drawing: Winners will be selected monthly in a random drawing conducted from among all eligible entries received, by National Pen Company. Each potential prize winner will be notified by telephone and e-mail to the phone number and email address provided during entry. By entering information into this sweepstakes, entrants agree to permit National Pen Company the right to use the entrant’s name, company name, and story edited for appropriate punctuation and length to post on the National Pen web site. Potential winner response to their telephone call and/or e-mail notifications must be received within 1 week of receipt, or be disqualified. If the winner the completed documentation is not received within 1 week, an alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted from among all eligible entries. If prize notification is not responded to or any prize is released as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate. Entering an incorrect or incomplete name, company name or contact information during the registration process, or failing to meet the eligibility requirements above, will result in contest disqualification. By accepting prize, winner grants Sponsor the right to use his/her name, likeness and biographical information in any and all media for advertising/promotional purposes. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
   
   
4. Prize:1,000 imprinted pens of a product pre-selected by National Pen. Retail value of each group of 1,000 pens is $990.00 each. Taxes and shipping are the sole responsibility of National Pen Company.
   
   
5. Limitation of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries; or entries that are lost due to computer, Internet, or electronic malfunction. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify sweepstakes and award the prize through an alternate means if fraud or technical failure compromises the integrity of the contest, as determined by sponsor in its sole discretion. Entrants agree that the sponsor, its promotion partners, related companies, agencies, and their respective employees or officers shall not be liable for injury, losses, damages, or costs of any kind resulting from participation in this sweepstakes or acceptance of or use or misuse of a prize or parts thereof. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an electronic entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered.
