do. If your order has
a print quality issue or your artwork differs from what you approved, simply call our Customer Care Team. We'll either
discount your order or reprint and ship it at no cost to you.
What file types can I upload for my artwork?
For the best results, we recommend vector files like .svg, .ai, or
.eps. But don't worry, we also accept popular formats like .jpg, .jpeg, .bmp, .png,
.heic, .tiff, .tif, .ppt, .pptx, .doc, .docx, .pdf, and .psd.
Can I receive a proof of my artwork?
Absolutely! If you select "Design Now," just customize your product and check the
box to request a free digital proof by email. If you choose "Design Later," our
Design Genius Team will create a mockup using the logo or text you upload and send it straight to
your inbox.
Do you take special artwork or font requests?
We do! Just leave your request in the comment box when customizing your product. Our Design Genius
Team will do their best to match your preferred font type and style.
Can I add an extra line to my product?
We set a line limit to make sure your message stays bold and easy to read. You can check the maximum
