Short answer? As soon as possible. Customers are less likely to want to swap out their calendars when the new year has already passed, and most promotional calendars include an additional month from the previous year.

You also want to make sure you’re giving your order plenty of time to be fulfilled, shipped, and checked over by you before your anticipated distribution date. For a low-stress and high-speed experience, we recommend making your order by at least the end of October or early November for planners, wall calendars, and desk calendars.

Sticker and magnet calendars, however, are easily distributed throughout the year. If you want to use these for marketing, just make sure you give yourself plenty of time for fulfillment and shipping before your distribution event.
