First, leather scraps generated during manufacturing are collected for recycling. Then the recycled leather scraps are combined with polyurethane to create a notebook cover that uses less plastic, and keeps leather scraps from entering the waste stream.
What is the pen made of?
The ballpoint pen is made of 40% wheat stalk which would otherwise be discarded, and 60% plastic. This reduces the amount of plastic in the pen.
