What is PEVA and does it insulate?

The lining of this cooler tote is made of polyethylene vinyl acetate (or PEVA for short), a non-chlorinated vinyl that insulates against temperature changes. The PEVA lining in this tote is also heat-sealed to prevent leaks.

How is my logo applied?

Your logo or ad message is screen printed in the color of your choice on the front of the tote.

Where do I send my logo?

We’ll send you an email with a link to submit your logo and text. Just follow the steps, and our Design Genius Team will take care of the rest.

When will my credit card be charged if I select “Design Later”?

After checkout, the charge to your card will be approved and held until the design process is complete. Once your design is finalized for all products, the charge will go through. If you do not submit your logo and/or text after 72 hours, we will have to cancel your order.

Why am I charged a logo fee?

A $40 logo fee is automatically included in the initial charge for all products that are designed after checkout. If you did not upload a logo as part of your design, call us at 1-800-347-7367 to initiate a refund of the logo fee.
