What is a copper lining?

A copper lining is used within the vacuum insulation to maximize temperature maintenance. You can't actually see the copper lining because it is inserted in the gas-tight vacuum between the inner and outer layers of stainless steel. The result is a superior construction which keeps drinks hot or cold for long periods, regardless of outside temperatures.

What is vacuum insulation?

Vacuum insulation helps maintain drink temperatures for much longer than drinkware with single or even double walls. A gas-tight vacuum layer is sealed between inner and outer layers of stainless steel. This design prevents the ideal temperature of your beverage from escaping, and keeps outside temperatures from getting in.

Where do I send my logo?

We’ll send you an email with a link to submit your logo and text. Just follow the steps, and our Design Genius Team will take care of the rest.

When will my credit card be charged if I select “Design Later”?

After checkout, the charge to your card will be approved and held until the design process is complete. Once your design is finalized for all products, the charge will go through. If you do not submit your logo and/or text after 72 hours, we will have to cancel your order.

Why am I charged a logo fee?

A $40 logo fee is automatically included in the initial charge for all products that are designed after checkout. If you did not upload a logo as part of your design, call us at 1-800-347-7367 to initiate a refund of the logo fee.
