Always wash separately before wearing to avoid bleeding issues. Maximum washing temperature 30°C. Wash inside out with like colors. Only oxygen/non-chlorine bleach allowed. Tumble dry at low temperature, max 60°C. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.

Where do I send my logo?

We’ll send you an email with a link to submit your logo and text. Just follow the steps, and our Design Genius Team will take care of the rest.

When will my credit card be charged if I select “We Design for You”?

After checkout, the charge to your card will be approved and held until the design process is complete. Once your design is finalized for all products, the charge will go through.
If you do not submit your logo and/or text after 72 hours, we will have to cancel your order.

Why am I charged a logo fee for selecting “We Design for You”?

A $40 logo fee is automatically included in the initial charge for all products that are designed after checkout. If you did not upload a logo as part of your design, call us at 1-800-347-7367 to initiate a refund of the logo fee.
