Your imprint will be silkscreened in the color of your choice on the barrel of the pen.

How does a plunger mechanism work on ballpoint pens?

With a rolling design, it lets the ink flow to the top of the ball and then on to the paper. It also seals ink from the air to prevent it from drying.

What file types can I upload?

Where do I send my logo?

We’ll send you an email with a link to submit your logo and text. Just follow the steps, and our Design Genius Team will take care of the rest.

When will my credit card be charged if I select “Design Later”?

After checkout, the charge to your card will be approved and held until the design process is complete. Once your design is finalized for all products, the charge will go through. If you do not submit your logo and/or text after 72 hours, we will have to cancel your order.

Why am I charged a logo fee?

A $40 logo fee is automatically included in the initial charge for all products that are designed after checkout. If you did not upload a logo as part of your design, call us at 1-800-347-7367 to initiate a refund of the logo fee.
