Copper has superior heat and cold retention properties—it responds to the temperature of the drink inside, holding the temperature (either hot or cold) steady for longer. The copper layers are incorporated into the tumbler's double walls, so you won't see it inside the tumbler.

Where do I send my logo?

We’ll send you an email with a link to submit your logo and text. Just follow the steps, and our Design Genius Team will take care of the rest.

When will my credit card be charged if I select “Design Later”?

After checkout, the charge to your card will be approved and held until the design process is complete. Once your design is finalized for all products, the charge will go through. If you do not submit your logo and/or text after 72 hours, we will have to cancel your order.

Why am I charged a logo fee?

A $40 logo fee is automatically included in the initial charge for all products that are designed after checkout. If you did not upload a logo as part of your design, call us at 1-800-347-7367 to initiate a refund of the logo fee.
