If your order has a print quality issue or your artwork differs from what you approved, simply call our Customer Care Team. We’ll either discount your order or reprint and deliver it at no cost to you.
    What file types can I upload for my artwork? For the best results, we recommend vector files like .svg, .ai or .eps. But don’t worry, we also accept popular formats like .jpg, .jpeg, .bmp, .png, .heic, .tiff, .tif, .ppt, .pptx, .doc, .docx, .pdf and psd.
    Can I receive a proof of my artwork? Absolutely! When customising your order, just select the box requesting a free digital proof and a design mockup will be sent to your email.
    Do you take special artwork or font requests? We do! Just leave your request in the comment box when customising your product. Our Design Genius Team will do their best to match your preferred font type and style.
    Can I add an extra line to my product? We set a line limit to make sure your message stays bold and easy to read. You can check the maximum number of lines allowed under Imprint Specifications on the product page.
