Employee-Favorite Promos: Allison’s Bachelorette Sweatshirt

While branded giveaways can go a long way in promoting your business, higher-value items, like apparel, can act as merchandise. After all, who *hasn’t* wanted to buy a promotional t-shirt from a cool restaurant they went to on vacation, or a souvenir pint glass from their favorite brewery?

My personal favorite merch is a sweatshirt I bought a few years ago while celebrating my bachelorette party. We visited a popular beach bar several times over the course of the weekend, and I was immediately impressed with their selection of merchandise—t-shirts, hats, sweatshirts, and so much more. I chose a crew-neck style in a soft green color, and it has since become my most-worn sweatshirt.

In addition to being wildly comfortable and perfectly oversized, this sweatshirt (albeit now a bit well-worn) serves as a memento of a very special time in my life. Whenever I reach for it, I’m reminded of a fun-filled, warm-weather weekend on Cape Cod with my favorite people.

Over the last two years, I’ve worn it to bed, to the gym, while traveling to other parts of the country—people near and far have stopped me to express how much they, too, love the Beachcomber. So, sentimentality aside, this promotional sweatshirt has turned me into a walking billboard for the bar.

Customized Apparel Ideas for Your Business

Ready to add company logo sweatshirts or other promotional clothing to your merch line up? Here are some product recommendations:

Custom Gildan® Heavy Blend™ Crewneck Sweatshirt

This crewneck is styled very similarly to my beloved Beachcomber sweatshirt! Whether you sell logo sweatshirts at your brewery or B&B, this is a promo item your customers will wear again and again.

Custom Gildan® Ultra Cotton® Long Sleeve T-Shirt

A long sleeve tee is a great—slightly lower-cost—alternative to a sweatshirt. And sure to be just as popular among your customers!

Custom Port & Company Core 5 oz. Cotton T-Shirt

Whether you plan to pass out t-shirts as a freebie or sell them as merch, a short sleeve tee, like this one, is a classic.
