take to ensure that reviews are genuine and reflect authentic customer experiences.

1. Product Review Collection Methods
   Pens.com offers multiple ways for customers to share their feedback:
   • Post-Purchase Invitations: Pens.com sends an automated "write a review" email
   directly to the customer after the product has been delivered.
   • Customer Account History: Registered users can leave product reviews by
   accessing their order history within their Pens.com account.
   • On-Site Spontaneous Reviews: Customers may also submit product reviews
   directly through product pages or gallery listings on the website.

2. Verification & "Verified Buyer" Badge
   Pens.com uses verification steps to confirm whether a review comes from an actual
   purchaser of the product. This verification is carried out through Yotpo’s automated
   authentication process, which includes:
   • Email Verification: For reviews submitted spontaneously on the website, Pens.com
   sends an email to the reviewer to verify the authenticity of their email address.
   • Purchase Validation: The system matches the reviewer's email address and product
   ID against Pens.com's internal order data from the preceding 12 months.
   • Badge Assignment: Reviews that pass both email verification and purchase
   validation are assigned a "Verified Buyer" badge. Reviews that cannot be matched
   to a confirmed purchase may still be published but will not receive this badge.

3. Use of Your Content
   Any review, rating, visual media or other content submitted ("Review Content") may be
   used by Pens.com to display on our website, promotional materials, and other customer
   facing channels. By submitting a review, customers confirm that the content is their own
   and they grant Pens.com the right to publish and use it in connection with our products
   and services.
   Review Content submitted is subject to the Pens.com General Terms and Conditions.
