Love the mugs, perfect size for our new restaurant. The printing wasn't perfect but fine for the use. Shipment arrived with 15 plus mugs broken. I asked for replacement rather than refund but was denied. Was told these mugs were no longer available. I had just received my first and only order. Discouraged with the customer service.
