This is such a frustrating process. Received my order it was incorrect. I was supposed to receive another order and was told that they couldn’t do what they had promised and what they had shown me a picture of and I had approved.

I really like this National Pen 20 Oz. Brooke Frosted Glass Bottle! I got the color blue; it's so bright and pretty. I just love the frost effect! The lid has a nice wood appearance and fits well. It went through the dishwasher on top rack just fine.
