I have received several reminders to leave a review for this pen which I wasn’t going to do but I will now. The pen is very good. I’ve ordered pens from this company for 20 years, but my last order took over five months to produce I actually had to hire a lawyer and threaten legal action for them, holding my money and not delivering a product before they did I don’t know what happened to their customer service, but it’s been nothing but a nightmare.
I was contacted by another customer service rep, who believe it or not took care of my problems was very apologetic. I ordered another batch of pens and they were produced within days not months. I feel like they’re back to their great customer service with a quality product. I guess everybody goes through a bad period. But in this case, I’m still taking away a few stars for the five months of hell I had to go through to get to this point.

The construction of the pen is good. The value for the money is fine. However, the writing on the pen is difficult to see. The reason for the order is to promote our business. It is difficult to do this if potential customers have a hard time reading the writing on the pen. This is an area that can be improved. Thanks!
