I ordered pens for our church conference scheduled for April 2-4, but I was unable to use them and wanted to return the order. Additionally, I was informed that there wasn't a return address. Also, I ordered 40 pens and 39 were sent. As a result, I ended up purchasing new, non-customized pens from Amazon. I was very disappointed with this experience, and I will not be ordering from your company again because you did not attempt to resolve the issue.
