The blue stain on the bamboo pens is saturated so deeply that the customized engraving is not visible. It was necessary to go over the top of the engraving with white paint, and wipe the excess paint off, in order to see the words at all. On an order of 150 pens, the task was very time consuming, and quite a hassle. Do not recommend. Otherwise, the mechanism of the pens is of a decent quality.
*Update: The company did issue a 20% credit to the invoice, providing restitution for the difficulty of the order. This action was appreciated.

I never received the products, after to orders and nearly 4 weeks of waiting. The company admitted that there was a problem with the first order, which they cancelled and replaced with a second order. My delivery date was time-sensitive, therefore if delivery ever comes, it will be after the time that they were needed. I have been a good customer for the past 5 years, but this disappointment has broken my confidence in their ability to deliver products on time.
