The pens have a great color and writes smooth. However, the packing had a problem.
I have ordered from pens. com many, many times, and shipping was always great before. However, this time the pens were in pieces, I am still trying to find the ink filter for all the pens, they fell apart in shipment or were not put together correctly. I ordered 50 pens and so far I have put together 22 pens. This is the first time this has happened. I highly recommend this company.

I buy pens from you all the time and they all have been wonderfully made and beautifully finished. This group however, was not. Everything was out of kilter ... Most of the pens were not in working order. Even when I tried to put them together ... it was like pieces were missing.
I did call and I was told I would be credited the cost of the pens.
Also I am still waiting for one more thing from that order which are the Christmas cards that I also ordered.. Please see picture below which I sent to the customer service rep I spoke with.

Many of the pens were not put together and the ink skips on the majority of the ones we have used. Usually the quality of their pens are much better than this order has been.
