The pens were not done correctly, even after I made it very clear in my request that they needed to contain blue ink.
As for value, I think the "tariff charges" added onto the bills is completely ridiculous and is nothing more than your company dragging politics into your dealings with customers.
I tried working with our rep to come to a solution for the pens so another order could be placed but, we could not agree on anything, so I asked for a full refund, which I still have not yet received.
