Your pens are usually very good and last a long time. At least one of the pens that you have sent individually with advertisement (within this year) is already running out of ink and I rarely ever use it which makes me a little concerned as to how long the newer ones will last. Also our last order did not have any white pens, not a problem just would like to have known about it before shipping.
