The glass bottle is great. The top, and the top attachment feels a bit cheap. The etching was very poor. Not only the engraving itself, but they got the dimensions of my logo totally wrong. What they showed on the visual for approval, was totally different to what I got. The logo was really small, hardly worth having. I was very disappointed. Customer service to deal with the issue was also poor. The guy who I spoke to was empathetic, but the starting offer for compensation was 20% of total invoice price (including delivery and VAT). I managed to get them down to 40% with much haggling. But I still ended up part paying for a product that I didn't want. I won't be using this company again. Blaming it on the third party company that does the engraving is poor and shows a lack of responsibility.
