Despite me updating my address every single time I've ordered items from pens. com they STILL sent one box to my old address from 5 years ago yet sent the other one to the correct address.
It was such a pain in the behind and the people who were trying to "help" me suggested I go to the old address to try to find the box. Like, seriously??? You expect me to go to someone else's house that I used to live at over 5 years ago to ask for a box that was delivered a week prior? Ummm. NO.
