We ordered 500 pens after talking to a sales rep. I asked if the ink would dry up over time as we usually ordered 100 at a time but I wanted to take advantage of free shipping. Well here we are a couple of years later with 200 dryed up pens. Customer service says they only warranty for a year. Sales said that was for workmanship only when I ordered
