I think the pens overall are very nice and priced right. However my experience was so bad that I’ll never buy here again. I waited 3 weeks after saying I didn’t need to see a proof confused why they never got sent out. I followed up in an email and the explanation was “we were out of the pens they will be in stock and when send out asap”. I asked why they didn’t feel the need to notify me? I then get someone else’s pens, I open a claim. Process everything I’m sending repeated emails of “when are you having ups pick up the other person pens” they never reply, it’s like a robot was replying. they kept replying about my pens and updates, I said thanks but trying to understand how I’m getting this other person ones back. I repeatedly asked, after a 3rd attempt I finally got the proper answer. I think as a business owner the last thing I want to do is track down over and over again a company. There are better companies that will provide much better quality service and resolution. I finally got my pens. I’ll give them a 2 since I did finally receive them. But I spent more time with customer service than I ever wanted to. They just said “sorry”.
