Usually, pens are packaged in quantities of around 50 pens in durable plastic bags within the box. This time, they came all in one bag. I found 6 pens with broken clips right out of the box and have now found more with broken clips--not a great impression for me or my company. I WILL NOT be buying these again. Also, I didn't appreciate purchasing these and then receiving a mailer with a discounted price. Because I had already ordered the pens, they wouldn't give me the discount. I was told by the salesperson (Shatoni Munroe--do not use) there is no way to credit my credit card after the order is processed, which is a lie. What software doesn't allow a credit to an account? Also, when I reported the broken clips (with a photo to back it up), I received credit for a little over $6. 00. I thought they couldn't do that--proves my point about lying. I will not be ordering from Pens. com again.
