The pens were totally unacceptable. The lettering was flawed and more than half the pens were spattered with black ink spots. I called customer service, sent a photo of the pens and demanded a full refund.

Love these pens! They a sleek, write smoothly and last a long time! I have now purchased them 4 times I think. Pens do charge a few extra fees I wish they wouldn't. Definitely a great pen though!!
