This mug was of great quality, but it arrived without our logo on it. It was blank. It was intended to be a promotional product and arrived without any marketing.
Response from National Pen Customer Care Team:
Thank you for sharing your feedback Lisa, and we’re truly sorry for the issue. This is not the level of service we aim to provide.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. An email has been sent to you from reviews@pens.com so we can review your complaint and assist you further.

Love these mugs. Our logo looked great. A couple were crooked and the company just reimbursed us for the error. Would definitely buy more. Process was easy and customer service was great.
