The product is great. I did have some issues as when the pens arrived, they were the wrong color. I ordered a gold pen and received an orange pen. They were able to get the correct pen for me but did not attempt to get it to me in time for an event that I had. The wrong pens arrive more than a week before the event and they had time to get the new order to me in time if they had expedited the shipping but they did not. The correct pens are great I just wish I had them in time for my event!
Response from National Pen Customer Care Team:
Thank you for contacting us at Pens.com. We are pleased to hear you love the great quality pens received and we are sorry to hear the wrong color was received at first and we had to do a remake which arrive after your event. The order would need to be reentered then produce and shipped. We once again do apologize for the inconvenience caused.
