The pens are a nice design and the logo looks sharp, but the ink is not the best. They work for a short time and then just stop. They last nowhere near as long as a standard pen that I could have purchased from a store for a whole lot less. Purchased in July, but many of the pens are not lasting more than a few days of continual use, let alone weeks or months.
Response from National Pen Customer Care Team:
Thank you for contacting us at Pens.com. We are sorry to hear the pens received the ink is not lasting . An email was sent to you with more details regarding this issue.

These pens are for personal use only and given to friends only! "All" whom have received them really enjoy them, and the ink flow! Some seniors love the end tip for use as a touchpad on their phones! Never had a failure in bulk packaging!
