We love these pens! They have a substantial, high-quality feel without being too heavy, and they write beautifully. They feel like a genuinely nice pen, not a promotional giveaway, which is exactly what we were looking for.
This is actually our second time ordering them. We ordered 250 the first time and were so pleased with them that we ordered 500 this time. I think that says it all. Great quality, elevated look and feel, and definitely something we’re happy to put our name on.

The Pens are nice but the aftersale service needs to be more customer friendly.
We approved the above pens in 3 colours as per their sign off and were sent a random colour which we did not order. We asked for the correct colour to be sent which they did not want to do.
They wanted to give a small discount for us to keep the pens which we refused and eventually they gave the incorrcet colour pens free of charge, it was a lot of hassle with different people.
Overall service is poor.
