We placed these in the goodie bags & everyone loved them. Good quality and logo imprint. We are planning to reorder for next year! Only downside it was very expensive to ship.

Most disappointing. The actual journal and pens were good quality but that is where it ends. the Printing was horrible. I was not able to see the text or company logo on the pens or the journals. I was not able to use the Journals as it was printed. I had to spend extra money printing stickers/decals to add to the pens and journal because the purpose was to have the company logo and contact information be prominent. I would not order anything to be printed with my company logo and contact information ever again. When the proofs were sent for me to review they were visible and legible. when the items arrived that's what I got on the attached pictures. I've added pictures of the proof that was sent to me and what I actually got. I expected the journal to look exactly like the proof.
Response from National Pen Customer Care Team:
Thank you for contacting us at Pens.com. We are sorry to hear the journal sets received that the imprint is not clear. An email was sent to you with more details regarding this issue.

Was right size and liked the item. BUT the logo/print was WAY TO SMALL!!!! Disappointed there. It didn't show that small on your sample.

Logo colors were perfect. Notebook and pen as described. However, I disagree with passing on the tariff charges to your customers.
