The pens were very nice. We used them for our corporate anniversary and provided them to community executive leaders. They write extremely well and the engraving was perfect. We needed an expedited arrival and they came right in time. I would have given 5-stars had we not had a couple that were broken or the metal tip off or missing. Thankfully, we ordered more than we needed.

We received the wrong pens. We received pens that were light blue and silver with a name of a school. I would like a new order complementary from the company.
