The pens are perfect. O was not, however expecting the problems we encountered when I modified the print. Had I realized the change would set back receiving the pens by well over a month I would have canceled and reordered from scratch. Difficulties with Customer service were very frustrating. The pens are great. I have ordered them for years. Customer service, however, was not good at all this time.

I was recently invoiced for an order I already paid for and which was delayed by more than a week because National Pen forgot that they had stopped selling a specific style of pen, and the delay of the order was already a pain in the butt to begin with.

I like the pens though it took me a minute to figure out how to use it. You have to slide the clip down to push the pen down. Nice professional pen!
