The pens are OK, however less can be said for Pens. com or their owner National Pens. I ordered 150 pens with our logo, and 32 arrived damaged or poorly printed, and do you think I can get a replacement or refund out of them??
Response from National Pen Customer Care Team:
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We're sorry to hear that a number of the pens arrived damaged or with poor print quality.
We have received your complaint and opened claim #1984013969. Please rest assured that we take your concerns seriously. We can confirm that we have already contacted you by email regarding this matter and are awaiting further information so that we can proceed.
We will be reaching out to you again via email to discuss the matter further, review the issues reported with the 32 affected pens, and find a solution that restores your confidence and satisfaction.
Your feedback is very important to us, and we appreciate the opportunity to make things right.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.
