We wanted our phone Number on the pens and they were not put on there. My husband called to advise the pens were made incorrectly and he was told they could not be returned. And they would give us a discount on the pens. I got the invoice and no discount was applied. We will not be using this company again.
Response from National Pen Customer Care Team:
Thank you for contacting us at Pens.com. We are sorry to hear the keychains received that the phone number is missing and that a discount offered was not accepted. An email was sent to you with more details regarding this issue.
